1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

4 Account Security

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pub333 Platform. 9 Intellectual Property

11 Responsible Gaming

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through pub333's internal process, either party may refer the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Notwithstanding the above, pub333 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of any dispute resolution process.
